Returns & Exchange Policy

If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help

We offer a no questions asked change of mind return and exchange policy. (For refunds please see our refund policy)

Conditions for returns / exchanges

  • Please do not return items without contacting us first.

  • To be eligible for a return/exchange the item must be unused, undamaged and in new condition with original accessories and packaging.

  • No returns/exchanges will be accepted if the return is outside the 15 days window after your order has been received/delivered.

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to the order total, regardless of the item condition (I.e. opened or unopened). 

  • If you wish to exchange the product with another product we sell, a 20% restocking fee still applies along with a new delivery charge. We will provide you with the remaining credit you can use towards your purchase.

  • Buyers are responsible for returning the goods to EVORIQ at your cost. You must arrange and pay for the return shipping and the package MUST include a trackable method for the return use a signature service.

  • Items not received or lost in transit cannot be refunded.

  • Any delivery fees that may have been charged by EVORIQ at the time of purchase will not be refunded.

Restocking fee 

A standard 20% restocking fee will be deducted on the order total, regardless of the item condition (I.e. opened or unopened). This charge covers transaction fees we incur and repackaging, restocking and the time it takes for us to inspect and process the return.

Return Delivery Costs

Buyers are responsible for returning the goods. You must arrange and pay for the return shipping and the package MUST include a trackable method for the return, we suggest you use a signature service.

How to Start a Return / Exchange

To initiate a return, please reach out to us via our contact us page first and include :

  • Your name
  • Your order number and/or date of purchase.

We will review your request, upon approval we will provide further details on how you can return the product and provide you with a return label you can print and use.

Return Inspection Process

After we receive your return, we will inspect your order and check it meets the eligibility criteria as stated above. This process usually takes 1-3 business days.

If for any reason we receive your return and it does not meet our eligibility criteria and/or the inspection process as expected, the goods will be returned to you at your cost and no refund can be provided.

Exchange Process

If your return meets the eligibility criteria as stated above and you would like to exchange the product, we will provide you with a credit to use (less 20% restocking fee) towards your next purchase.

If your next purchase is greater than the original order value, we can process the payment difference online OR you can pay using one of our payment options.

If your credit exceeds the difference, we will provide you with a refund for the difference.

Refunds/Credit

As soon as the inspection process is complete and your return meets the eligibility criteria, we will process a refund within 1-2 business days. Please note Shopify is our payment gateway provider and it may take 5-10 days for funds to return to your account.
