Are there any other fees, taxes or duties I need to pay?
The product price displayed includes all taxes, fees, duties/customs - there is nothing more to pay on your end!
Whenever applicable we deliver goods DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) meaning we are responsible for all costs/fees/taxes/duties and risks associated with shipping goods to you.
When will my order be delivered?
Delivery to buyers in Italy, Australia and New Zealand typically takes 3-7 business days to major cities and longer for rural/country areas. Tracking numbers will be provided.
You will receive an email after ordering with more information about the delivery. If you have any questions please reach out to us.
Can I Return my product?
Yes. Orders can be returned or exchanged and we don't charge any restocking fees.
We are confident you will love our products but If you are not completely satisfied we can accept a no questions asked return within 14 days of the parcel being delivered.
We have service centres in Italy and Australia and will provide you with all the details for the return.
Note:
- The delivery cost associated with returning the goods back to us will be your responsibility to arrange and pay for.
- The product and packaging must be in the same new condition as you received it, all the original contents and packaging must be in resalable condition to get a full refund.
What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?
All items are carefully packed to ensure there arrive without damage. In the unlikely event the goods are damaged or not operational due to the delivery we can provide you with an exchange or refund.
