Are there any other fees, taxes or duties I need to pay?
We ship from Italy. For buyers in Italy delivery is free.
For buyers in Germany, France and Austria the delivery fee includes all fees/tax/duties. We ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) meaning there is nothing more you need to pay when you receive the product.
Please note our business operates outside of the EU therefore we are not VAT registered. We do not charge VAT tax and VAT tax will not be reclaimable on your purchase.
When will my order be delivered?
We aim to deliver products to as fast as possible after your payment has been received. Our handling time is 1-2 business days. All items are packed carefully for international shipping.
Tracking numbers will be provided to you after the order has been fulfilled on our end.

Can I get a refund?
Yes. Orders can be returned and refunded within 30 days of the delivery.

Why is the charger LED light flashing red?
This does not mean the charger is faulty. Please refer to the user guide that comes with the product to understand what the LED status lights and troubleshooting the error. You can also refer to our online section here for more information or contact us.
What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?
In the unlikely event the goods are damaged in transit and/or not operational when you receive them the item will need to be returned to us for inspection (at your cost). We will send you a new replacement product and cover the return shipping costs to you.
