Are there any other fees, taxes or duties I need to pay?

The product price displayed includes all taxes, fees, duties/customs - there is nothing more to pay on your end!
Whenever applicable we deliver goods DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) meaning we are responsible for all costs/fees/taxes/duties and risks associated with shipping goods to you.
When will my order be delivered?
We aim to deliver products to as fast as possible after your payment has been received. Our handling time is 1-2 business days. All items are packed carefully for international shipping.
Tracking numbers will be provided to you after the order has been fulfilled on our end.

Why is the charger LED light flashing red?
Please refer to the user guide that comes with the product to understand what the LED status lights and troubleshooting the error. You can also refer to our online section here for more information
What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?
In the unlikely event the goods are damaged in transit or not operational when you receive them the item will need to be returned to us for inspection (at your cost). If the product is faulty or damaged in transit. We will send you a new replacement product and cover the return shipping costs to you.
